like, does punctuation counts the space of a character? when it won't have enough space in that line, can the last character of the line be a particle or you start another line with a particle? i'm very confused, could you please tell me if this text have formatting mistakes?

Wow, what beautiful writing! Your spacing looks fine to me. If anything, it’s too perfect. Sometimes handwritten text shows more variation in character sizing, emphasizing the kanji and minimizing the rest.

Sakubun Club has the rules all written down with examples if you are curious.
