I wanted to bind a Word Garden I wrote to the dictionary, but it keeps separating きゃ into き and ゃ, then defines き as "to go", which is not what I intended when writing the sentence. Is there anything that can be done to solve this issue? Thanks!

きゃ is in renshuu’s dictionary, but only as hiragana, not a word, so I don’t think the parser is aware of it. I suggest you try surrounding it with square brackets, like this [きゃ]. Alternatively, you could try using きゃあ or きゃっ instead.
