I've recently started to be shown 'new' vocabulary (and I think some grammar lessons) that I've already learned and had high Mastery of. It looks like my Mastery has also been reset on these words, or at least on some of them. This is worrying and frustrating as it means I'm losing progress and am not being taught new words.
You should have been send to a term merging page yesterday that would fix this - did you run through that one-time process? If not, you should still the link available to you in your renshuu inbox (in the menu)
I've looked in my inbox and can't see anything. Is there just one inbox? I can only see an alert for your reply on this thread, and general Renshuu game messages etc. Nothing directly to me about this issue.
I tried the link and ran the code, but I'm still being shown 'New' terms that I already know. For example, the app has just introduced 右 as a new word and has reset my mastery of it to zero.
Is there anything else I can do? If this continues it'll make the whole experience on Renshuu very frustrating and unenjoyable.
A solution that ignores what caused the problem is to just go into each schedule, click on the number to pull up the terms, and go into tinker mode to adjust the mastery of the terms manually to where you think they should be.
I run renshuu, so yes, you can get in touch with me! I don't usually work on the weekend, but aside from that, my response time is pretty good.
Feel free to DM me, or tap the ? button at the top and send in a report that way. Specifically, screenshots of a few of the affected terms will help (showing the missing mastery data), as well as info on precisely which schedule it is happening in.
I know for a fact, though, that 右 was not affected by the merge system, so that might be an unrelated issue. Despite that, though, I'm happy to look into it for you.
