I tried it twice today. First time I was suspicious. Second time it was confirmed. If the 20th answer is also the last sentence of a grammar point, no garden points are awarded.
Taking a look at the code - a bit tricky to repro it, but it *looks* like it is just a visual issue (as in, it did not send you the msg that you got the coins, but they were added). Does that sound like it aligns with what you saw?

But frustrating it didn't happen - I have not changed anything on this end, which means it is not an always, but a sometimes.
If it's ok with you, I'd like to have it send you an in-app message (in the inbox) whenever you get the bonus. I believe what you said, but I want to be absolutely 100% sure that it is not a visual thing (= you are getting the coins, just not the visual). This will help confirm that.
I've only tried it on 20 and 40. When I filed this bug, I didn't get points on 20 and 40, but then I did get points on 60 because I didn't try to reproduce the bug.
