As the title says, even if a vocab has 600 example sentences we only get to see 3, because the arrows to flip pages are not present during quizzing. :)
Let me rephrase, the arrows are not showing during the vocab preview before the quiz, when "flashcard mode" is disabled. Here an image:
The one on the right is the site dictionary, showing that one sentence is missing (the bottom right one), and there are no arrow to get to it from the vocab preview before the quiz
So, this should be fixed. Here is what was happening:
It shows three by default. Let's say a term has 6 terms in it. The site was saying "OK, let's build page links if necessary. Each page has 10 sentences. Does this have more than 10 sentences? No? OK, no page links needed.
It now says "See more sentences" which will expand it out to up to 10 sentences.
This will now happen even if a term has, say, 300 sentences for it. It'll initially have the "See more sentences" link, which will reload it with the full 10 sentences of page 1, along with the page links for all the other pages.
Unfortunately, up until now, if one had 300 sentences, you'd only see the first three. Then, if you pushed the arrow to go to page 2, it would show you #11-20, which meant you'd never see #4-10 unless you then went back to page 1. Since the site tries to serve up sentences it feels are more appropriate for you (although this is a really rough procedure), you were potentially missing out on some of the best sentences!
oh nevermind, only for page one, I was thinking 6 missing sentences for every page :S Well, could still have been a big of a deal for vocabs with not that many sentences to begin with eheh :P
