I just saw this sentence on Renshuu as example for the word but it doesn't make sense to me.

First... = Japanese food? Isn't that "Japanese colors"?
Second... why there is a を particle there? I don't see any verb in this sentence.
Third, I don't understand the functionality of き here. きな doesn't mean "favourite foreigner"?

I don't understand this sentence at all.

Looks like a parsing error that slipped through. (shoku)should be (shoku).

I went ahead and rewrote it asきな い 。
