I just saw this sentence on Renshuu as example for the 日本 word but it doesn't make sense to me.

First... 日本色 = Japanese food? Isn't that "Japanese colors"?
Second... why there is a を particle there? I don't see any verb in this sentence.
Third, I don't understand the functionality of 好き here. 好きな外国人 doesn't mean "favourite foreigner"?

I don't understand this sentence at all.

Looks like a parsing error that slipped through. 色（shoku）should be 食（shoku).

I went ahead and rewrote it as日本食 が 好きな 外国人 は 多い 。
