Just did a quiz for a vocab schedule and I noticed that for several incorrectly answered questions, none of the vectors in the answer panel were marked red, though when I requizzed them at the end of the quiz and got some wrong again, they did show vector changes in red there. I submitted a bug report for the first one I noticed.
Although I cannot think as to why this would be the case, since I haven't touched that in ages, my guess is that the bugs (that I believe are all wiped out) from the definition import caused this. Once the new day rolls over, let me know if you see this still happening.
