Sometimes, so far only in this type of question the 'submit answer' button looks like the below:
gk4gjj48dmibe0m60cfzmgpq6.jpg
[[edit]] it's also doing this with the drag-and-drop 'order the kanji' questions. So far I haven't seen it at all in vocab or grammar quizzing.

This is an issue with a part of beta that I wrote 5% of 5 years ago, and am doing the rest now. It'll be resolved shortly in the beta getting launched this weekend!
