Hi. I have seen similar topics but all I found were closed. Audio does not work for me in mobile version. To make it more interesting - it does work when I am using headphones (Bluetooth). I tried on Safari and Chrome browser, same result. I checked on some other websites and audio works fine on - but I am not sure how they’re different. Can you advise if this is some settings issue I could fix?
The site does not have the ability to choose outputs (speakers, headphones, etc.), which makes it really odd that it is working in headphones (I assume in both browsers?) only. Let me ask you: Has it always not worked for you, or did this just start? What about in the dictionary (vocabulary) - if you look up a word like たべる, can you hear the audio there? I'm sure we can get to the root of this!
