I am watching Terrace House and they just used the term ”いいヤツぶってる” which the show translated to "goody two-shoes" - does anyone know the origin/more info of this term? Thank you!
You can pull it apart in いい which means good, やつ which means fellow/chap and ふっている which I suspect to be a colloquial form of saying ふりをする which means to pretend.
