I have two questions:

First, whats the difference between , , and ? The three of them mean bother or annoyance.

And second, whats the difference between する and む. I hear the word む more oftenly in animes.

Okay, these are not definitive, just my current understanding, but as I see it:

  • is a disturbance, something like a child throwing a noisy tantrum.
  • is a burden, like someone who depends on you to survive.
  • is something trivial you’d rather not deal with, but have to because of the expectations of others.
  • する is to worry for the sake of someone or something else.
  • む is to be uneasy, to be disturbed with worrying.

Those are definitely consistent with a manga I'm reading

  • was used to describe the disturbance caused by the character crying loudly
  • was used to describe the burden of being responsible for a large sum of money that wasn't theirs
  • する was used to describe the concern of a character for their sick elderly father
