In colloquial speech, people quite often drop the も particle. For example, んでもいいですか [Can I drink (it)?] will often be shortened to んでいいですか or んでいい?

Should the title not be changed to てもいい if the meaning lists てもいい, even though てもよい is correct? Then a note added that いい also could be よい?
In the same line, きみのえんぴつを使ってもよいですか in the examples should this not be きみのえんぴつを使ってもいいですか to follow the form of which an example is listed?
