Both convey the idea that something will probably happen. Ame ga furu deshou/darou (with a slight meaning of question, like saying “won’t it/isn’t it” in English
Kashmir’s has the same meaning but is very feminine; kana is neutral.

In colloquial speech, だろう can be shortened to ~ろう when the preceding verb is used in the past tense.
Example:
言った + だろう = 言ったろう
飲んだ + だろう = 飲んだろう
Example:
言った + だろう = 言ったろう
飲んだ + だろう = 飲んだろう
