1. Means "even A" or "judging from A", depending on the context.
2. When からして means "even", it can be replaced by (で) すら or (で) さえ. (However, unlike (で) すら and(で) さえ, it is used only in the subject position in a sentence and can't be used in the in/direct object position).
3. When it means "judging from" it can be replaced by からって or からて.
