From what I know, is a company employee and is an employee or salesperson. So would all be but not all are ? How would I know which term to use? Sorry if this is confusing 😅

is literally shop member, and is company member. In practice, are customer facing positions. So for example, all the employees of a bank would , but only the employees that interact with customers, not the ones in the back office, would be .
