If it helps, the dictionary has tons and tons of words. If I ever wonder what something means in Japanese, I look it up in the dictionary and write it down.
There are also vocabulary words on YouTube.

Also, for anyone who played the game "Tomodachi Life" on their 2/3DS before learning Japanese, I was shocked at the fact that it meant "Friend Life."
Now you know how much I have accomplished in the ways of Japanese.
