I found a situation different on the way I use to learn japanese.
I use to prefere to see all the words with full Kanji and furigana in the kanjis that I don't know yet. It let me memorize the correct word from the begin, and at the same time it helps me to continue progressing according to my level using furigana.
The problem is, in the app, kanjis that you don't know, doesn't appears on multiple choise answer, because in this vector furigana is not available. I propose to program furigana on multiple choises answer, being able to activate also all kanjis in all the words, even if you don't know yet the kanji.
For example. Right now a question would be like this:
So I propose to have the option of the multiple choise with full kanji, and furigana in the kanjis that you don't know yet.

Answers for multiple choice can be of two forms: actual words, or made up words.
In the picture above, this is the latter: made up words. The kanji may be chosen due to visual similarity, or possibly based on common readings.
These do not "have" furigana to apply to them.
So adding furigana would create answers that are more obviously wrong, lessening the quality of the questions.
And, for example, only adding furigana to the "real" words would create a UX issue - why does this set of answers have furigana, whereas this other one doesn't?
