"Crystal Hunters": adventurers fight monsters to get crystals, is specifically made for beginners so it's a good pick.
Other than that. most manga is going to be fairly difficult, until you get to N3 or above.
But if you want to try it earlier than that, I'd suggest focusing on Slice of life manga. Slice of life manga is typically going to be a bit easier stuff to grasp, since it is regular people, in regular situations, which requires a fairly standard vocabulary. Even if there are words or sentences you don't understand, you'll probably still be able to follow the story without missing anything critical. And even if there is an entire chapter you don't understand, it usually won't impact other chapters.
Along those lines I'd recommend: "Yotsuba&", a manga about a young kid learning about the world.
