i've been searching for a novel (or any fiction book besides manga) that suits for someone around n4 or n3. you know, something that is easy to read but not wayyyy to easy or simple like n5
tadoku.org has been recommended here before, there is free lv4 and lv3 reading material and there is also a yt channel.
many classics should be easy enough, I had a good time reading Kokoro by Natsume Soseki as someone around mid N3 the app Voicepaper on iOS has every public domain Japanese classic available to read for free
What is Voicepaper? How can I find it?
thank you!
At N4 - N3, you will probably have a hard time reading classics or most other novels aimed at adult native speakers. (But it ultimately depends on your preferences and goals...)
I suggest you take a look at https://learnnatively.com/
