Do you mean Renshuu or Kao-chan?
Renshuu = れんしゅう = 練習 = Practice. Renshuu is the name of the site/app.
← Kao-chan is Renshuu's mascot. She's not an animal, but some sort of marshmallowy fluffy embodiment of everyone's motivation for learning Japanese.
