I'm currently having issues with my crossword puzzle progress resetting itself whenever I close the puzzle and either study new words or complete a review. This does not happen all the time, but it does seem to happen when I close the crossword puzzle too fast and/or jump around on the app too quickly.

1. When you say "reset", do you mean that all the data it in disappears?
2. Which puzzles has this happened to so far? Are they only puzzles int he Games sections, or does this also include the personal puzzles attached to the schedules?

- Yep, all of the answers I typed and saved suddenly disappear, although the puzzle is the exact same.

- It has happened to my personal study class for food terms. I usually go into my schedules, tap the schedule name, and then go to the puzzle from there. I have not tried the puzzles in the Games section
Sorry - still really busy on this end. One more point of clarification - when the data disappears, is it just the answers you entered in during that session, or does the puzzle clear out completely?
Example:
1. open, do 3 clues, leave
2. Return, they are still there. Do 5 more. Leave
3. Return, the last 5 are missing, but the first 3 are still there.
Also, it should not matter, but do you usually hit the "check puzzle" button once before you leave?
Looking back at my past posts, I just realized I failed to clarify that this incident has only occurred once It happened a couple weeks ago, and I remember filling out about half the crossword puzzle and checking the answers each time. I checked the puzzle before closing it and left to study, and when I came back all of the answers I typed were suddenly missing. It is entirely possible that it was just one session failing to save properly, and I have not experienced the same issue since then. Sorry if this caused any confusion!!
