I love this App. I believe the creators are 100% amazing, but for personal reasons, I need to hold off my Japanese study till 2024. I can't find the way to do it? I seem to only have a choice between paying monthly or lifetime subscription
The year-long payment is a one time thing, so there is no auto renewal. It'll stop automatically at the end of the period :)

I say do the monthly if you continue. I wouldn’t spend $130 for this, and I love almost everything about renshuu, but whatever you think is best for you, go for it. Whatever you think is best for you. <3
I, on the other hand, would like to renew my yearly subscription but it only offers monthly or lifetime.
The yearly can be renewed once the current one ends - sorry that there is not a way to stack up the time before it expires! I'll see if I cannot get that adjusted in the future.
And I, on the other hand 😅 I would like to cancel my monthly subscription. I tried following the steps that were provided but Play Store says thag I have no current subscriptions... any help? Thank you in advance!
I'm away from my computer, but by chance, is it just the free ten days? If so, those are not a subscription, and no auto renewal takes place.
On your dashboard, just below the daily quests, you should see a link to renshuu pro. There, it'll say what the state of the pro is, and what you need to do to cancel a subscription, if it exists.
Your next auto-pay will be on October 17, 2023.
In order to cancel your subscription, just go to the Subscriptions area of your Play Store app and cancel the renshuu subscription present there.
This is what it says, and no subscription can be found when I go to Play Store's Subscriptions.

I can see the subscription attached to your account, but the google play account that was used seems to be not the one on your renshuu account, so I cannot look it up. Do you have multiple google play accounts, by chance? Alternatively, you could email me (michael@renshuu.org) the last subscription email you received from google.
I forgot I had another google account that I barely use. That solved the problem. Thank you for your help!
