thats because it is lol... I really admire the way the artist of danganronpa draws so I'm kinda just doing an art study of his work while I don't like my own 
I can relate to that.
but every once in a while I kinda like my work like this one:
It's not perfect and nothing is perfect. We gotta do our best anyways.
I actually drew something with color 
Frustratingly I did not have the right colors so it looks bad

if you used a little more pressure with the colors it might change the contrast a bit or maybe just darkening the line art would work
I agree with what they're saying but I still think that looks so good 
Guys, what am I supposed to do if the reference is so hard to draw and confusing that it looks like ai (I checked, it isn't ) I can't recreate the pose myself, and nothing else on Pinterest suits the character I'm trying to draw

Hmmm... Can I see the reference you're attempting to use? 
if the reference is so hard, then you have got to do it no matter what. Challenging yourself to the extent where it's out of your reach is actually one of the greatest ways to improve and it's quite a big leap. Of course with great result comes the great efflux of time.
Can you specifically share what you can't draw or what method do you use?
I don't have the picture anymore, but it was smth like a guy sitting down with his McDonald's shake (don't judge please lol ). As for my technique, I would make a gesture drawing then refine the sketch a few times. The problem was that he was wearing really baggy pants and the cut off of the shirt made the pose look so unnatural
Maybe my pencils are crappy, but there's no way to make it darker than I did I pressed it full pressure ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Ig I could make the black darker but it was really supposed to be very dark blue, but I had no dark blue pencil This is the og
As you can see a lot of the colors are way off For how large of a pencil set it is the selection is terrible
