I've kinda given up a bit, but yeah!! Here's my fanart for tsukumo!!!
it's really messy but I think you can see where I was going :D also OMG IM IN ABSOLUTE LOVE WITH YOUR ART, Yin hua!!! it's so jellyful!! (I just made up that word :p) also iris don't worry!! You'll inprove the more you practice!!! Heck I've been drawing for like 5 plus years (if I think about it was probably like 7 years) and I'm still no where near that kind of level yin hua is at which probably means they've been drawing for a really long time!!! Sorry for the yap I accidentally unsubbed to this forum!!
my MHA OC in his hero costume (feat. Capybara stickers lol) I actually love him so much ahahaha I can't wait to write more about him 
(my other OC is actually so mad at me probably cos I hate her but she'll just have to deal with it)

The quality is rlly bad though because i made her with notebook paper and didn't think to trace the cutout. I was honestly going to throw it away because I made it as a test but my perfectionism kicked in and I randomly locked it while making it..

My friend suggested the character “Silver” from Twisted Wonderland for me to draw, since I have no ideas of my own
Recently, I’ve been making the hair in two parts because the first is always very flat, but maybe soon I’ll be able to draw it dynamic from the start! If you have suggestions for tips or something to draw please tell me because I have no clue what to do next 
Yin hua, since you are working on drawing hair, you might want to try drawing Shampoo (i know weird name weird character but i like her design) from Ranma 1/2, Kanade from pjsk, and Nadeshiko Oga from green green greens. I dont know if these were good recommendations but i still hope they're to your liking.

I think this is Shampoo from Ranma 1/2? Here’s my piece of her her design is pretty close to what I’m used to drawing, more Chinese outfits
I usually draw my own characters, but I like to draw other characters too for practices because I can practice more outfits and hair and other things
So I’m not really sure what types of characters I draw most, usually any I find when looking up characters. I hope that helped any
Are they usually straight haired? 
(I'm trying to see what things would be a helpful reference for learning)
