Had a quest or something tell me to play shiritoti cat a few times, so I did. But no matter what I typed in it said it needed to be a word on the sites dictionary. I don't know if I was doing anything wrong with the game but I don't think it's working for me and I don't know if it's an issue with my tablet that I'm running the app on, or maybe others have seen similar issues?
I was playing the kinder garden teacher version of shiritori. Played three rounds. From my understanding, I need to reply to the cat with a japanese word that starts with the same character that the cat's word ended with, is that correct? First round ended with い so i wrote いち meaning one. and got the reply saying it needs to be a word in the sites dictionary. Second round ended with つ so i wrote つき meaning the moon. Again, it claimed to not exist in the sites dictionary. Last round i played ended with ね so i replied with ねる which i think means to sleep? But again it said it doesn't exist in the sites dictionary. I dont know if its an error with my keyboard or anything in my settings, or if it's an error with the game, or if i spelt things wrong or just dont understand the game. So im making a post here, hopefully someone can pointnout if im doing something wrong, or if anyone else has had any similar issues? I'll try it on my computer in a little while to see if its my tablet settings, but i cant think of anything that would make it weird like that.

It has happened in the past where the search got delinked for a brief period, then fixed itself. I do not see any issues at the moment, how's it working for you now?
