Important update
All users who have messaged in this thread have received in-renshuu messages about the next step they need to take to join us on the 24th. Only a small number have responded. I will be happy with any number that chooses to join us, but I don't want anyone to miss out because they forgot to respond. Please check your DMs :)

Most years, we have a renshuu meetup so I can meet some of our wonderful community members! The expected cherry blossom season is set to start the week before the meetup, so we should be in for a good time in the park!
What happens at the meetup?
We get together and talk, play (Japanese) board games, and eat/drink! It's very relaxing, and a lot of fun!
What do I need to do to join?
1. Joining is free! We'll have a ton of snacks and non-alcoholic drinks! We encourage that people bring drinks and snacks if they'd like to share, or want something specific for themselves.
2. Just reply in this thread! Specific location information will not be posted here, but sent directly to the email addresses of users who post here and are interested (roughly one week before the event).
3. You are free to come with a partner, family member, or friend(s) - no renshuu usage required :)
Is any of the event going on social media?
No - we want everyone to be able to relax, so no videos or photos will be put up by us (renshuu) onto social media.
What happens if it rains?
We will have an indoor location rented for the entire day near the park. If it rains, the meetup will be held there. Due to the difficulty of finding food as a large group when it's raining, in the event of rain, dinner will be provided by us!
