Is flashy the one with the weird shoujo manga-esque eyes and the long eyelashes? 
If yes, then choosing flashy is by far my biggest regret. Never choose flashy!

this one looks so cursed to me, like a toddler in full glam
that's exactly it. I happened to have my laptop open when Kao was in that form, and someone who happened to be walking past said "Ewww! What is that?" 
I have no regrets. My kao chan deserves to grow up without shame, regardless of how ugly the general public thinks they are
