What's the difference between なりそう and なうそう?

Grammar page: そう

The verb is なる.

The first is probably using: Verb Stem +そう -> seems like

It looks A; it seems like A

The second is probably using: Verb + そうだ -> I heard

A is spoken by/heard from someone/something else

So, it's the difference between "It seems like it's becoming" and "I heard it's becoming"
