My favorite OST is probably Arknights', they have a lot of variety but soooo many good tracks. Risk of Rain 2 (and its DLC) is another OST that I love. The Face of the Deep goes insanely hard with the saxophone solo.
There's too many OSTs that I love, hard to resist the urge to just name drop all of them haha
I love OSTs so much, my most favorite video game soundtrack is probably Undertale/Deltarune, and then the original PvZ soundtrack. There's so many good ones though
My favorite OST like, as a whole, would probably be, funnily enought, Friday Night Funkin: Hotline 024.
But if that doesn't count then I guess I'd say Celeste, wich is the other game I can say I like all of the music. Truth is, my experience with OSTs is always like, there's those one or two songs that stands out while the rest of soundtrack is just fine. It's funny because I kinda went from someone who exclusively heard only video-game music when younger to someone who rarely does so nowadays.
(I'm also excluding actual rythm games like ProSekai/Colorful Stage and Muse Dash, otherwise those would be my favs lol)
EDIT: what a sin, I forgot ReversEstory!! AKA the most underrated mobile game on the world!! (And now this is the moment you go to the playstore and download it)
Super Mario Sunshine & Super Mario Galaxy are probably my all-time favorites. The Persona 3 + 4 soundtracks are honorable mentions because I've had them on repeat for background noise all month. Honestly, I've never played a game where I disliked the soundtrack, though.
