掲示板 Forums - Typing input makes renshuu app on Iphone crash

I’m not sure if this the same issue that I’ve been experiencing or not. In my case, the modal dialogue with the text box disappears (I think it’s hidden behind another element), and the app is non-responsive unless I click something that closes the dialogue. It happened to me once in another app, so I’m not sure it’s the app’s fault. It has been happening regularly, but only started happening recently.

Here’s what it looks like. The entire screen is grayed out and the keyboard is hidden, but if you tap the right spot it comes back to life.

It regularly happens to me when I’m adding a private sentence if I use the phone’s translator to get a first cut at the English. So the steps are:

1. Open the add private sentence dialogue.
2. Paste a Japanese sentence into the dialogue
3. Triple tap to select all the text in the box.
4. Press and hold the selected text to bring up the phone’s action menu pop up.
5. Select the translate action
6. View the translated text.

At this point the bug will happen on its own, if it is going to happen. It doesn’t always happen. Maybe two times out of ten.

I'm not sure, exactly :( - I did a quick search, and it looks like perhaps you do it from inside the TestFlight app after the crash has taken place? Interestingly, I *do* see a new crash report in my testflight panel, but there's no feedback on it. Perhaps you have to send feedback for it to become visible.

Note: I do have another way to check out reports, but can you tell me the specific device/iOS version? Hopefully I can use that to find the report (they do not have any personally identifying info in them.)
