I was away from renshuu for a while aaand of course I can't remember how to find the place to learn kanji I clicked on a bunch of stuff under Resources and Tools but I don't see it; I must be blind

If you're searching in Renshuu, you can review your study schedules in "Manage my Schedules" in your homepage. Look at the Kanji tab.

If they're frozen there, unfreeze them; or if you want add any, search and add applicably.
