Yeah it Zombie Apocalypse. If you die you are turned into a Zombie and every week EVERY Zombie doubles. If a Pokemon faints, it has another health bar equal to its usual max HP. If it loses all of its secondary HP, it dies for real

Maybe the third option because it sounds less risky idk

Yeah it's a common trope and really effective even if you're weak if you know the future you can potentially change it
