You can't access the detailed break down of mastery levels via the dictionary. You can only get the total mastery level using the trick that ロウ described above. There's a Renshuu project "Show mastery data in dictionary" that is open for the feature you are looking for (current status: "undecided").
You can find the detailed break down by:
-search for the term using the Advanced Search Tool (Resources -> Advanced Search) use: Add Word -> Search
-going to a community list that contains that term and clicking on the mastery
-going to a schedule, clinking on the list of terms, and clicking on the mastery for the term (it will only contain the vectors that are active in that schedule)
I might add this in the future, but I'm currently working to keep the vocab dictionary from getting data-overload(ed), so I'm working at a slower pace in terms of adding info there.
