Once I complete Grammar for Japanese Basics, should I follow Genki 1 Grammar or Renshuus N5 Japanese Schedule? Im pretty sure they both cover similar stuff, Im just wondering if one has a better learning order?
If you're mainly depending on Renshuu's schedules to teach you grammar and aren't keeping ahead in any other grammar resources, you should probably ONLY use Renshuu's pre-made curriculum. The grammar questions at that level have been specifically designed so that they only use information you've been taught already if you're following Renshuu's curriculum -- so if you use different curriculum, those questions will be introduced out-of-order, and you'll wind up with grammar questions that incorporate vocabulary and grammar you haven't been taught yet and may be too difficult for you to answer.
But if you're mainly studying from the Genki textbook and are only using Renshuu for review, and you keep your Genki schedule a few lessons behind where you actually are in the book, the way questions are ordered may be less of a problem.
