きれいな円の形だ。 is an example sentence for 形 but the furigana for 円 is まる while the speaker reads it as えん. While both are correct, they don't match.

I can look into this since you mentioned it, but the best way to report any sentence issues (including audio) in the future will be to tap the hide (eye) icon, and reporting it there :)
