The て is arguably the most important form in Japanese to learn, as it has many different functions, notably linking clauses and adjectives and it's also used for a bunch of other grammar points you'll learn later on. You use it pretty much all the time.
Like this, though I recommend looking into the Japanese lessons (this subject is under Japanese Basics to start you off pre-N5) for lessons pertaining to such subjects, and set up schedules to practice using it.
