I was thinking of switching to a different vocab schedule but I don't want to stop reviewing the words I've already learned in the scheduel I'm already using.

You can always leave that schedule there - you are not required to remove it.

If you want to combine them, though, you can do so by tapping "manage your schedules" on the dashboard.
