I have had a long break from studying and want to restart on here from the beginning. I have reset my account but am still showing as level 42. How do I get back to level 1 please?
I can manually adjust it for you, but the Level 42 doesn't refer to any specific material level or skill level -it's just representative of "work" you've put into learning.
But if you'd still like to have it reset, please let me know!
