Depending how you set up a schedule, you might have a setting that might mix in terms and things from other schedules or things that you've studied. For the absolute list on the shedule that you were studying (as opposed to the stuff that's mixed in), you just click the title of your schedule. It will list terms you have that you've studied and may not have studied, and in between that, stuff you can study next, if available. The main page of the schedule already shows you how many items you have in that schedule. You click that number to see what those items are and your mastery and so forth.

For terms that were mixed in (if that happens), that is random and visible when you've answered the question and at the end of the quiz, since you're gonna have to scroll down to the bottom to see the results you've answered. They might be from other schedules or not, and otherwise accessible in those schedules (and elsewhere if you don't have them in a schedule).

More broadly, to see the stuff outside of individual schedules, there are some ways to look that up. Your schedules are also made up from lists, so the Community Lists is one way to see the things that are available. If you look in the "Me" tab, each section at the top has "My ____", which contains everything you're studying. The number of terms is on there.

Another way is looking at the Grammar Library. But as the name suggests, for grammar terms only. But if you wanted to see all the stuff in that subject and how they're classified, you can also see that there along with the metric of how much you've studied there too.

Finally, there's Advanced Search. You can search for things in many categories as well as filter what you're looking for. So it would make a list of what you have in schedules, or lists of all terms that you have studied, or the whole list of all the stuff you can study. You can also use that to create lists and add things to schedules from there.

For the Renshuu-recommended schedules that pull in a small set of terms at a time, if you click the ⋮ button next to the schedule's name on the dashboard, one of the options should be something like "View lessons" and will show you a list of all of the levels of the schedule and how many terms are introduced in each.

The mixed terms are random. They could come from anywhere. You're not gonna get the same things each time. As said, you'd see what it was from after answering the question and after the whole quiz. The results are on the bottom part of the page.
