Do the right strokes and left strokes of a character has to be exactly like the writing style? For example my か and こ are usually further than what’s allowed in quick draw. Also another sub question, can I use the typing form of こ than the writing form of it?

Do you mean do you have to write all the kana exactly how they are drawn in Renshuu? No, there are other ways that don't look like the Renshuu drawings.

If you're asking if you can omit the little stroke at the end of the first stroke, you technically can but idk why you would
