In the 頭 (とう) counter spelling rules, I believe 十 頭 has a typo and is supposed to be じゅっとう instead of じっとう.
If I remember correctly it has two valid readings. Both are fine. I'd need to check which one's more common though. Probably じゅっとう.
Edit: Let me just cite a source , so it doesn't look like I'm making it up XD
PS: To be fair some of those tables are pretty bad, e.g. the table for 千 having 十 千 (じゅっせん), as if you'd ever say that instead of 一 万
Often these variant pronunciations are dialectic. My sensei says じゅっとう is standard and じっとう is Northern dialect. Some older speakers in Tokyo may use じっとう, but otherwise it is primarily associated with Niigata and further north.
