I also personally like game gengo

And less focused on learning but still good listening practice, Masaru (spear fishing and survival skills youtuber), and Minori who has both Japanese and English channels lots of cute lifestyle and art videos.

I like Comprehensible Japanese (they also have a website), けんさんおかえり, and Nihongo con Teppei for Beginners for beginner listening practice!

For learning and listening purposes, I like:

1. NihongoDekita with Sayaka:

I like that both speak at a pace I can kinda pick up some words. The Tokyo-based YTers speak way too fast for me to catch the words. Lol I’m pretty sure Sayaka and Miku are not based in Tokyo.
