Is there a way to practice speaking Japanese besides the events on discord cuz I cant download it
Recently the Study Groups feature was introduced. It's definitely different from how Discord works (I say "definitely" but having never used Discord myself I guess it's actually just a guess), but it'll probably help you out a bit.
There's plenty of apps out there to practice speaking like Hello Talk
