I looked in my kao coin collection and below each kao coin is a a thing that says created by...(whatever the person's display name is) How do i create one? Can I?

Yes. It is held annually in October month long (1-31). You can also submit multiple entries. I submitted 4 last year (bin, fairy, rainbow and something else i forgot or maybe i only submitted 3. Who knows) and it was all fine despite not winning and getting a guaranteed spot in the machine (I still don't know if it is in the system yet. Either yet to earn it or was never in the system...)

​Assuming nothing changes, in October. You don't need to register in advance. Should be basically the same as last year's:
