Does this type of schedule exist? If so what setting do I need to set it up?

A audio clip of a full spoken sentence.

You answer by typing the kana only (or selecting from a word bank) No knowledge of meaning or kanji is needed.

Yes it exists. You need to add a sentence schedule, and turn on the Listening questions vector (this vector is only available to Renshu Pro users).
