I wanna delete one of my kanji schedules, because I think I know it and I can make my dashboard less chaotic if done. Does that also mean that the kanji in that schedule will be set to "not learned", or can I do it safely without consequences?

Yep, if you remove a schedule from your dashboard all the progress is saved! kao_guts.png

Basically, a schedule is a fancy "file" holding a bunch of papers (your terms). The papers don't disappear, just the file :) That's why if you have a term in one schedule, and it is in another schedule, it will not start from scratch (nor should it).
