Android device/model: Samsung SM-S136DL

Android OS version: Android 13

App version: Version 1.2.20260311

Where is the problem occurring (what page): Main loading screen. On one of the many attempts to open the app it did transition to a blank page and showed the little hopping sushi with "return to quiz" at the top, but it never resolved. The app continues to hang on the loading screen with little Kao in a yellow hat, the kitten with a shoulder bag, and the suitcase.

What is happening: I open the app and it just hangs on the load screen. I have cleared the cache, the data, and reinstalled the app, each with a restart of the phone in-between. The strange thing is, the app worked great this morning, then by this afternoon, problems.
