How do I get the Kao-fountains in Kao garden?

I can see that some people have got like Kao fountains and mermaid fountains but I can't find where to get them. I really want to get them because they look so good! Is it from some special quest or something?

There are also different limited edition items such as a statue of kao and the lunar year's animal (you can peep at my garden to find it) but otherwise, I'm not too sure about any other special items aside from the seasonal Halloween and Christmas. (And I haven't used renshuu for as long as those who have been here since the beginning)
