掲示板 Forums - 'Evolve your kao-chan' progress dialog loop

The dialog window keeps on showing in a loop, pressing the close button like on the image above will just reset and show the spinner like this

it's only the x button in the top right corner that closes it temporarily, the progress window will show again as soon as I switch to a new context in app or switch to/from app.

I tried force closing the app and delete cache but didn't help so far.
