I hope I'm in the right place here, since I never really use the forums, haha.
Lately, I've been experiencing some really bad glitching bug on the renshuu app. When I click a button, the screen becomes all blue (sometimes different; see screenshots below). Most of the times, I can resolve it by clicking/swiping and the blue screen is gone.
i haven't identified exactly all of the triggers yet and I cannot say they're 100% constant. They happen at least several times a day. One way they always happen is when I open/close the sidebar menu.
One other way I managed to force the bug to happen was by doing a sentence schedule, going to the comments of a sentence, and then opening the dictionary. One time, the blue screen kept returning within a few milliseconds whenever I tried removing it.
Within my three years of using renshuu, this has never happened before. I haven't changed phones or anything else, really. The app should be up-to-date.
My apologies for the long post, but I'm trying to be as clear about the problem as possible. If additional information is necessary, I'll be happy to provide it. Here are a few screenshots:

That seemed to have completely fixed it, thank you! I feel a bit stupid for not having tried that solution before, but I'm glad it was easy to fix.
I'm getting this blank screen issue a lot. I have deleted both cache and data from the app, but this keeps happening on all screens, e.g. quizzes, dictionary etc. Android.
I'm sorry to hear that. I am hearing a number of other users with this issue (Android only, it seems), and while I have not changed anything that I can think of that could affect it, it is clearly *something*. There are no error reports at the moment that I am receiving that point to what the issue might be.
When you say "a lot", how often is it happening after the cache/data clear? For example, is this happening within minutes of each clearing, and it has happened times already, or more/less?
And for anyone else that is experiencing this bug, if you are familiar with developer mode on your Android and can hook it up via cable to a desktop with Chrome on it, I can step you through some things you can do that might point to what's happening.
Also, I will refrain from this message for 72 hours from updating the system (as I have a slight suspicion that might be related to it), and so I'd really like to see if it happens again to you (or anyone else) during that time.
To try and consolidate the information, please post all further information about this issue here: Forum thread
